This shows the following basic details about the event:

  2. Event Budgeted Expense

2. Events Expenses

This shows the following details about the event payments:

  1. Total Expense Amount
  2. Total Budgeted Expense
  3. Expenses as compared to budget (in %)

3. Events Category

This shows the event expenses made as per defined expense categories set earlier such as Marketing, Logistics or Food Expenses.

Events Expenses Transactions

Under events expenses transactions, we can add event related expenses with the following properties:

  1. Date – Allows setting the date of the event related expense.
  2. Details – Allows adding the details of the event related expense.
  3. Event – Allows adding the related event for which the expenses are incurred.
  4. Category – Allows adding the desired category for which the expenses are incurred.
  5. Expense Amount – Allows adding the expense amount incurred for the event.

Note: Quick Action Buttons “Add Event” helps to add event details under the Event Details view and “Add Transaction” helps to add an event related expense transaction under events expense details.
