This shows the training date for the session, total employees who were supposed to attend, attendance (in %) and Training Expenses incurred for the training. 

2. Employee Records

This shows the training attended for each employee, attendance (in %), next training due date and days remaining for the next training session.

3. Training Records

Adding the training records for each employee is easy. Click on the “Add Training” button to add a training to the list of training records.

Simply enter the date of the training, set the training details, add the employees who have attended in one row and add employees who didn’t attend in another row.

After this set the desired training session and finally click on the checkbox if they have attended a session.

This helps to update the records of the employee training automatically.

4. Employee Details

Add the employee details under this view with the help of a quick action button on the left, i.e. “Add Employee”.

This will enable quick addition of employee under employee details with classification of different departments as well.

5. Training Expenses

Under Training Expenses, set the training expenses for each training session attended. Once you add in the expense it will automatically showcase the same on the top.
